After the toilet is placed and bolted down it is time to seal the toilet.
Use the proper bathroom silicon which is paintable. For the toilet a clear silicon would not look as good as white when dried.
Trim in the bathroom have gaps at the top away from the drywall or at the floor between the floor and the trim.
